MORMOR
Dette er min mormor. Busten er modelleret posthumt og udelukkende baseret på fotografier indsamlet fra min families private billedmateriale. Arbejdet med billedforlægget har været en måde at nærme mig en fortid og en figur, som kun delvist er min og som træder frem gennem andres blik.
Værket indgår i serien "Små indtryk". Skulpturen er udført i gasbrændt rødler, hvilket giver overfladen en mørk, næsten metallisk karakter.
